Boot camps are a great way to kick your fitness into high gear. Boot campers experience a greater weight loss and a much better increase in fitness than those that just go to a gym to run on a treadmill and use the machines. Body weight exercises than involve multiple muscle groups have been proven to burn more calories and increase strength and endurance.

Achieve Fit Camp
We have officially kicked off Achieve Fit Camp, a boot camp program for all fitness levels. Lance Overdorff is our boot camp manager and has started our first Achieve Fit Camp in the Lake Hefner area of Oklahoma City. This is an energetic, fun-filled program that will challenge even the most fit clients. All the workouts can be modified, however, to meet you were you're at.
